Because of the Neymar, Madrid Reportedly under threat to FIFA

If Real Madrid do not stop the approach which was consideredillegal to pull Neymar, Santos would not hesitate to complain to the Real Madrid football world's highest authority, FIFA.
Brazil's status as champions club Copa Libertadores 2011 itinsisted on maintaining the 19-year young star at least until the Club World Cup at the end of the year.
Madrid apparently did not want to wait that long. Los Merenguesreportedly ready to provide a budget of 45 million euros to make up for the release clause, and has persuaded the player's agentfor the smooth transfer.
Peixe (Fish Team, nicknamed Santos) are clearly not pleasedwith the attitude of Madrid. The reason, they have receivedassurances from Neymar that he still wanted to stay at the VilaBelmiro Stadium.
"If Real Madrid or any club decided to be willing to pay a buy-outclause Neymar, we had no choice but to report them to FIFA forapproaching a player without our permission. Negotiations stalledand will not reopen, "said the president of Santos, Luis Alvaro deOliveira Ribeiro, told Terra.
"Real Madrid to speak with management Neymar in Paris andbid attractive. Even so, I told him [the agent Neymar] that we would not take it off, and he also wants to stay with us. "
